  2. Data Security Policy: Secure intake/storage, controlled facility access, serialized tracking, certified data wiping or physical destruction, and Certificate of Data Destruction available upon request.
  3. Recycling Policy: EPA-guided and R2v3-aligned processing that prioritizes reuse/refurbishment, responsible material recovery, and verified downstream vendor compliance (no illegal export of hazardous waste).
  4. Terms of Service: Devices may be refurbished/resold/recycled. Data destruction must be requested if required. IronVault is not responsible for pre-existing device damage. Final valuations are subject to inspection.
